The Space Coach collects and processes personal data when performing its services. This privacy statement is intended to inform you about how we handle your personal data, what rights you have and other information that may be of interest to you.
1. What personal data does The Space Coach collect?
For the sake of making the work of the Space Coach effective and for you to achieve your personal coaching objectives, various personal data are collected. The data that are collected are:
- First and last name
- Address details
- Date of birth
- Occupation
- Phone number
- Email address
- Images or videos of the spaces for which you will contract the Space Coach taken by you
2. For what purposes does The Space Coach process your personal data?
It is necessary for The Space Coach to process data in order to execute the agreement. The personal data that is collected from you is used by The Space Coach for the following purposes:
- To schedule and organize online and physical consultations;
- To maintain contact with you before, during and after an agreement with The Space Coach;
- To provide you with newsletters if you have registered for them;
- To create and send your invoices.
3. Granting and withdrawing consent
If you grant The Space Coach permission to use personal data, you can always withdraw this permission.
4. Sharing data with third parties
Your data will not be rented or sold to third parties. Jones & Co is contracted to support The Space Coach for IT and administration support services for which a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with the appropriate GDPR safeguards is in effect to ensure secure handling of your data.
5. How long will your data be stored?
The Space Coach stores your data in accordance with the GDPR. The data will not be stored for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data was collected.
The Space Coach will store your data no longer than seven years after the conclusion of the work. This can be agreed otherwise between The Space Coach and the client on an individual basis.
6. Rights of data subjects
- You have the right to inspect your personal data.
- You have the right to correct and supplement your personal data.
- You have the right to have certain outdated or incorrect privacy-sensitive information deleted.
- You have the right to limit the processing of your personal data.
- You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
- You have the right to data portability.
- You have the right to file a complaint about the way in which The Space Coach handles your data. You can do this by emailing us. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
You can file a complaint or request by emailing brielle.thespacecoach@gmail.com. We will process your complaint or request within 30 days.
7. Changes to the Privacy Statement
The Space Coach reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Statement where necessary.

The English version of this statement is the leading version. No rights can be derived from the Dutch translation.

The Space Coach verzamelt en verwerkt persoonsgegevens bij de uitvoering van haar diensten. Deze privacyverklaring is bedoeld om u te informeren over hoe wij met uw persoonsgegevens omgaan, welke rechten hiermee aan u toekomen en overige informatie die voor u van belang kan zijn.
1. Welke persoonsgegevens verzamelt The Space Coach?
In elk proces worden verschillende persoonsgegevens verzameld. De gegevens die worden verzameld zijn:
- Voor- en achternaam
- Adresgegevens
- Geboortedatum
- Beroep
- Telefoonnummer
- E-mailadres
- Foto’s of videos gemaakt door Client van de ruimtes waarvoor The Space Coach wordt ingeschakeld, ter voorbereiding van de online consultatie.
2. Voor welke doeleinden verwerkt The Space Coach uw persoonsgegevens?
Het is voor The Space Coach noodzakelijk om gegevens te verwerken om de overeenkomst uit te voeren. De persoonlijke gegevens die van u worden verzameld, worden door The Space Coach gebruikt voor de volgende doeleinden:
- Om online en fysieke consulten in te plannen en te organiseren;
- Om contact te onderhouden met u voorafgaand, tijdens en na een overeenkomst met The Space Coach;
- Om u te voorzien van nieuwsbrieven als u zich daarvoor hebt ingeschreven;
- Om uw facturen op te maken en te verzenden.
3. Geven en intrekken van toestemming
Indien u The Space Coach toestemming geeft voor het gebruik van persoonlijke gegevens, kunt u deze toestemming altijd intrekken.
4. Gegevensdeling met derden
Uw gegevens worden niet verhuurd of verkocht aan derden. Jones & Co is gecontracteerd om The Space Coach te ondersteunen met IT en administratie ondersteuning waarvoor een Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is ondertekend met de noodzakelijke AVG waarborgen om veilige gebruik van uw data te garanderen.
5. Hoe lang worden uw gegevens bewaard?
The Space Coach bewaart uw gegevens in overeenstemming met de AVG. De gegevens worden niet langer bewaard dan strikt noodzakelijk is om de doelen te bereiken waarvoor de gegevens verzameld zijn.
6. Rechten van betrokkenen
- U heeft recht op inzage van uw persoonsgegevens.
- U heeft recht op correctie en aanvulling van uw persoonsgegevens.
- U heeft het recht om bepaalde verouderde of onjuiste privacygevoelige informatie te laten verwijderen.
- U heeft het recht om de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens te beperken.
- U heeft het recht om bezwaar te maken tegen de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens.
- U heeft het recht op dataportabiliteit.
- U heeft het recht om een klacht in te dienen over de wijze waarop The Space Coach met uw gegevens omgaat. Dit kunt u doen door ons te e-mailen. Ook kunt u een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Een klacht of aanvraag kunt u indienen door te e-mailen naar brielle.thespacecoach@gmail.com. We verwerken uw klacht of aanvraag binnen 30 dagen.
7. Wijziging van de Privacyverklaring
The Space Coach behoudt zich het recht voor om, waar nodig, wijzigingen aan te brengen in de Privacyverklaring.
8. Leidende taal privacy statement
De leidende taal van deze Privacy Statement is Engels. Alleen aan deze versie kunnen rechten worden ontleend.
